Rob Bertolani has been working in the floor care industry since 1980. In 1985 he opened Robert E’s Quality Carpet Cleaning in San Jose, CA and by 1992 had a successful business. Over the years Rob and his family made many trips to the Puget Sound area. He immediately fell in love with the Pacific Northwest and the idea of raising his family in a small community.  

In 1993, Rob sold his house and business in San Jose and moved his family to Shelton to begin a new adventure. Starting a new business is always a challenge and this was no exception. Following his father’s advice of "strive to be the best at whatever you do” Rob believed that he could make this new life in Shelton a success. With hard work and amazing support from the people of Mason and Thurston counties, this quicklybecame true.
